I had a very friendly slaesperson, Mr. Jimmy Somma, come outside in the bitter cold to offer assistants within minutes of walking into the lot. He approached my wife and I, asking if he can help us. He asked the usual question and procceeded show us what they had in stock. While at his desk he checked to see if any other locations had what I was looking for. We spoke like long old friends.He made us feel very comfortable.Still not knowning if I was going to purchase a vehicle we told him we'll be back. We went checked out another dealer. That experience did not go the same. The second dealer had what I was looking for but the sales person didn't go above and beyond. We returned to Eastchester and Jimmy. We sat down cushed some number and made a deal. Jimmy reffered us to Mr. Kennedy for finalizing the loan application. When John found out I am NYC employee he found me a better deal with MCU. Both gentlemen went well beyound the call of duty. I will brag about this expierence to any and all who will listen. More

We received an initial quote for the vehicle but when we met with the final sales representative (I believe his name was Evra), we were asked to pay an additional $1,500.00 more although we already made a downpayment of $3000.00. When I saw the car I liked, Durrell Moore answered all of my questions and put up with my jokes. I needed to share my selection with my wife and he set up a convenient time so she could look at car and go for a test dirve with me. I truly enjoyed the entire pain free experience.
