As soon as i walked in to the dealership with my boxing trainer i seen a Dodge Challenger that i wanted desperately but i knew at the time i could not get it just yet because i was still paying off a car n trainer i seen a Dodge Challenger that i wanted desperately but i knew at the time i could not get it just yet because i was still paying off a car note, so i walked up to the first sales person which was Sundaye Moore and she greeted me with a hard hand shake and a CHEESY smile. Immediately i became comfortable and i proceeded to ask about the dodge challenger, she told me the price and i told her to hold tight and let me take care of a couple situations with my license and pay off my old car note. Months later as i said i would be back for the car i ran up behind her desk and i started CHEESING this time with the biggest smile and told her its about that time, so we ran through all of the paperwork and checked my credit as i traded in my vehicle and at the end of the day i got what i came in the dealership for, with the help from Sundaye and mental stress she kept me calm and level headed as i was being a little impatient, but if it wasn't for Sundaye Moore none of this would have been done, now i can CHEESE SMILE at every red light. i went to this dealer to purchase a used car and the experience i must say was very good they worked with me with my less than perfect credit and was able to get me in the car that i wanted and for that experience i must say was very good they worked with me with my less than perfect credit and was able to get me in the car that i wanted and for that i was very please the salesman did a good job with presenting the vehicle to me and the finance manager worked to get approve at the best rate he could so with that i,m happy More

My experience with this dealership was bad.. Durrell, My salesperson was Great, worked hard for me and tried to the best he could for me... But the service was very poor.. Started with the "Baiting", Ads salesperson was Great, worked hard for me and tried to the best he could for me... But the service was very poor.. Started with the "Baiting", Ads give you one price, dealer gives a much higher price with no bending at all. Then there's getting the car prepped as agreed/promised, ie: Scuffs & scratches, dent to be fixed, and tires.. I mentioned the dent three weeks prior to delivery, never done. I paid a body shop to take care of the dent and I rubbed out the scuffs myself.. and I'll be buying my tires.. Thats ok, when it came to returning my emails & phone calls, very poor.. I will never do business with Eastchester again and certainly would not recomend them.. I'm very happy with my car though.. But I could've got a much better deal at one of my local dealers as I have in the past.. This isn't my first Chrysler product and Chrysler dealer I've dealt with. But it will be the last time I'll deal with this one... More
