I thought I was going to get a good deal on my trade but they tried to pull a fast one on me. The dealer was willing to give me almost top dollar for my trade. They were willing to pay off my loan amount, they tried to pull a fast one on me. The dealer was willing to give me almost top dollar for my trade. They were willing to pay off my loan amount, mind you I had positive equity on my car. Meaning that my car is worth more than whats left on the loan. When it came down to getting the deal done they added what was left on my loan to the price on the brand new car. So they were going to "pay off my loan" but still added it to the price of the car. Then they were going to keep my car and of course sell it for more. They told me this is they way things are done. Watch out for these guys they really play the friendly role but they'll still try to use sneaky dealer tricks. I suggest you read the negative reviews for this dealer. I can't say how they're getting so many good reviews maybe they're making things up! More

The sales manager Joe took my cash with a big smile and then on delivery day had some lame excuse on how they made a mistake on $ and could not sell me the car.. The salesman Robert was useless like a child following his mother cowered down and could not explain. I own a business as well and when i make a mistake I pay for it,, but i guess the apes at Eastchester Jeep has no spine and are just a band of hacks!!! Good luck.....you have to sleep with it.. p.s went to Mercedes and bought a brand new one!! you guys should go there and take some notes!! More

Martha Fakhoury was a great help and very friendly. She had alot of knowledge about the truck i bought and helped me setup my truck after sale. I then seen another truck on the lot and sleceted that one but it was a hasle swoping insureance between the three trucks. aside from that everything else was a great experance. More
