I went to Chrysler dealer because I received a call from Martha to trade in my vechile as she informed me that it would cost me no money to trade in my vehicle. Overall, very satisfied with my experience. Came to check out a used Lincoln MKS for my dad and dealt with Cecil, Joe, and Javier from Finance. The vehicle purchased had some minor things that were wrong, and they did everything necessary for my dad to feel comfortable. DMV processing/reimbursments (NJ) went by very quickly. They even tracked down the second set of keys for the vehicle, which initially was not present during the sale. Overall price for the vehicle was also resonable despite the 10% addition/processing fees, which autotrader did not detail, nor did the woman in sales that I confirmed pricing with prior to traveling an hour and a half to see the vehicle. That being said, Joe and Cecil were truthful about the situation and I still feel like my experience was extremely positive and I feel like I had a fair/favorable deal that made my parents happy. If I had the choice of working with this dealership again, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them and I fully intend on sending business their way as opportunies arise.
