David George was an excellent salesman from start to finish. His personality is calm, and soothing. He has a good sense of humor, and a relaxing energy about him. He asked me what car I was interested in, went through all available inventory with me patiently on the computer, and took my budget seriously. David took his time to show me the car that met my requirements without any feeling of being in a rush. He slowly worked out the numbers with me. When I had questions about the price, he worked with me, until I was satisfied, taking the offer that I felt comfortable with to his manager. David helped me to work through the issues I had with my old beat up car, giving me good advice on things that I could do with it. During every aspect of the deal, I felt calm, and like a person who mattered. While I waited for the car to be made ready for me, I was able to sit on a couch, and watch my favorite TV show in the dealer lounge area. Honestly, all in all, I felt more like I had gone to some sort of hotel, with a lobby, on a sort of car buying mini vacation, than feeling that usual sinking stomach feeling that I have often felt on past car buying experiences. I would recommend David George to anyone, especially any person who wants to feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe, while taking the giant step of buying a new car.
