I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at approximatley 830 am which I indicated the issues I am having with my vehicle, noise, shaking in the front of vehicle while driving as if som 2021 at approximatley 830 am which I indicated the issues I am having with my vehicle, noise, shaking in the front of vehicle while driving as if something maybe lose. I also wanted a oil change. I arrived early waited on the line. When the gentleman reaches my vehicle to ask how can he help me with I expressed I needed my vehicle to be serviced/ inspected as my vehicle is shaking and making noise in the front and i would like a oil change and multi point inspection. I also expressed I had an appointment and I was told he didn't matter maintenance is on a first come first serve basis. I was ok with that. Fast forward they are done with my car and I asked what did you guys find wrong with the car? I was told nothing . That in the near future my back break pads would need to be changed. I ask are you sure and I was told yes that sometimes that can happen . I'm a fool cause I said ok paid for the services (oil change ) and left. As soon as I get on the highway I feel the shaking and hear the noise. I call the them twice while driving only to be placed on hold for an extended amount of time both times. I never got to speak to anyone. I then recieved a email from Tommy asking me to complete a survey, I also recieved two text messages from a Frank asking about the service and to text back with any questions or concerns. I in fact did send a text back expressing the issues and I never received a reply. Due to my work schedule the earliest I can return to attempt to fix the issue was today Saturday, October 2, 2021 I arrived at 7am waited on line, when the gentleman came to ask why I was there I explained the above to him and he asked me if I had an appointment today and I stated no I didn't think I needed one because I was told last Saturday it didn't matter that I had an appointment, its first come first serve. The man was very pleasant and stated I can wait and ask a female I can't remember the if she can squeeze me in as they are very busy on Saturdays. I stated if my vehicle was fixed last Saturday I wouldn't be here. He was very apologetic and pleasant but he couldn't guarantee me that they can get to my vehicle today. I could not wait and nothing gets done. This whole incident is not a good one. Now if something is really wrong with my car and something happens while I'm driving whose fault is it. I took my car to Eastchester to get checked/fix the problem a week ago and they didn't and I tried again today and nothing..... This is not the first problem I had with Eastchester the only reason I returned is because someone from corporate/headquarters I'm not sure how they refer to their top management reached out to me and we spoke and she was so understanding and asked if I can basically give them another chance.... They made the lady look bad when she is really trying to properly communicate and keep customers satisfied. My next email is to her to inform her of the situation and to tell her they failed again. I guess I am the fool here for giving additional chances. I guess I have to find another chrysler, jeep, dodge to get my vehicle fixed before something bad happens to me while I'm driving. More

I was there recently for an oil change. One Ms Melissa Menendez asked me to electronically sign a total cost of $76 and some change on her tablet. After which she told me my vehicle was going to be ready Menendez asked me to electronically sign a total cost of $76 and some change on her tablet. After which she told me my vehicle was going to be ready in an hour and forty five minutes. Took a walk, and came back a little after that time frame. Melissa was not there, however, another lady handed me an invoice of $97.94. Asked why the addition, she could not professionally articulate the reason why. I left absolutely unsatisfied. More
