Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I brought my Jeep in for service. Lights has been left on all night resulting in the drainage of the battery. Car would not turn on. Through jumpers it would stay on momentarily and turn right back off. So I all night resulting in the drainage of the battery. Car would not turn on. Through jumpers it would stay on momentarily and turn right back off. So I was told that both of my batteries were completely dead. I would need new ones. My charges came out to around $860. I refused. When my car was brought back around I drove it to a nearby mechanic who ran tests and stated the batteries only needed to be charged for a little bit. Car was perfectly fine after 20 minutes. More

Worst dealership ever. Just fire everyone and rehire. You should start with your technicians they have no idea what they are doing.
