Ricky was absolutely amazing! He kept me in the loop at each turn with our vehicle and made sure I understood everything I needed to get done on my car. As the daughter of a mechanic I really should be ashamed of how little I know, he broke everything down for me and made sure I understood why they were repairing this item and why I could wait on the others. As an added bonus, a gentleman who I am assuming is the GM noticed my bumper magnets and let me know that my daughter's cheer team is the team to beat! Go TUS!
