I had the worst ever experience with this service center. I went there for manufacturer recall, they next day I got a call saying my vehicle is ready my I got the vehicle and heard gargling noise coming from I went there for manufacturer recall, they next day I got a call saying my vehicle is ready my I got the vehicle and heard gargling noise coming from the back. I took it back immediately. The service advisor named Ricky said they put new parts so if I keep driving it should go away. I had to schedule another appointment and they asked me to turn the car in. The car was in the shop for 5 days and I tried multiple times every day to get an update on the vehicle but nothing from the service advisor. There is so much more and I can’t stress enough how terrible Ricky was. Anyways, later I went in to get my vehicle outta there and he was like there is something wrong with the front suspension and I was like I am Not here for that I want the damage made from your shop to be fixed. He said they couldn’t find anything that went wrong from their end. I went to a different mechanic and he said the replacement bolt they put was too long and it was making contact with my exhaust and he fixed it in 15 mins. Definitely go to a different service center and avoid this one at all cost. More
