As always everyone is extremely nice and professional! I dealt with Diana who was great. My concern was with the protection for Covid! When I said something and was cleaning the inside of my deep before getting in it he stated “there was plastic inside” simply having plastic and NOT WEARING A MASK DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS hence the low rating! The ability to fix items has been exceptional but your company needs to protect their customers I have an at risk 86 yr old mother I care for at home. More

The wait time is ridiculous. Takes all day literally to have car issues repaired. Had to go in three times in less than two months for the same issue over and over.
