weeks agoTerrible. I paid for an oil change, multi-point weeks ago Terrible. I paid for an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. There are multiple wheel locks on my wheels. Forgetting to give the tech the keys to the wheel locks at the time of purchase of the oil change package I was expecting the dealership to call me and ask for the keys. Being that the keys aren't in the typical storage locations like the glove box, trunk or arm rest it's impossible to find them if you don't know where i hid them. That call never came. That being the case the tire rotation never happened. However when I was presented with the invoice it clearly indicates that the oil was changed, a multi point inspection was performed and the tires were rotated. When I asked the attendant how it was possible to rotate wheels without the keys to the wheel locks the response I got was to wait until Monday to speak with the service manager. Now if they aren't truthful about the tire rotation part of the receipt how can I be assured that the oil change actually happened. Other than putting identification marks on the oil filter before each change to ensure a different filter is on the car afterwards there isn't a fool proof way to know you are getting what you actually paid for. A good deal of the automobile service transactions are based on trust. A mechanic can tell you anything. Other than a little bit of applied knowledge you basically have to rely on their moral character to not cheat you. If you'll lie and charge a customer for a small thing like a tire rotation, I wholeheartedly believe you'll cheat the customer on anything. That sense of trust was broken with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. #NoLONGERaCUSTOMER More

At first I left very disappointed with the service. Then I had to wait 2 weeks for a part. Then another week for the appointment. It took 3 days to get my car back. In the end they fixed all the issues with I had to wait 2 weeks for a part. Then another week for the appointment. It took 3 days to get my car back. I made an appointment with the call center for June 19 2020 and they said they scheduled me for 7am the next day. Well when I got the the service center they didn’t have my appointment on record. They told me to speak to the manager and when I did he was gracious enough to squeeze me in for service on my transmission and seat. Maggie from service who is always so helpful and kind she made sure all my needs for the vehicle were taken care of and made sure to explain it very detailed. I bought my car here 2 years ago and have recommended this dealer to people in my life. I always bring my car here for service and have always been happy with the results. However, last time I was there this dealer to people in my life. I always bring my car here for service and have always been happy with the results. However, last time I was there I did not get the inspection diagram I usually get every time. I asked for it and workers gave me the runaround and did not give it to me. Not happy! More
NOT HAPPY Let me tell you, why I am not happy. I paid almost $ 400.00 for things you said its necessary. A few weeks ago, I got oil change, there was no problem Let me tell you, why I am not happy. I paid almost $ 400.00 for things you said its necessary. A few weeks ago, I got oil change, there was no problems with my vehicle. I was told by a nice lady: Due to the situation, you should get the air filters changes, it would cost $ 149.00. I said: No thanks, and left. Oh surprise 3 or 4 weeks later, the engine light came up. I did think, you did not set up the computer. I came to get my car check, and Surprise again. I have to get a chemical cleaning of the computer, and of course the filters and a few others things that cost me almost $ 400.00.I have not complain against Ricky, he was a gentleman and a great guy, what I don't like is the set up. Fix the computer, to make the engine light comes up later, he comes back, and we get his money. I have not tried to contact any others customers to see if that is a pattern, but I DO NOT LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF. More
