Now I set up service for a recall weeks in advance and not only isn't the part there but you take my vehicle and send me home walking only to call me back to tell me you can't do it. but you did find the effort to tell me you can do a service for about $400. Upon reaching the service drive up I was greeted by a supervisor who was directing and controlling the flow of traffic to keep everything moving smoothly. I only had to wait for the person who was next in line to go in before I was seen. I believe the gentlemans name is Ricky who handled the processing of my vehicle and he made it so quick and simple. There was no paperwork to fill out, he handled everything for me. I just had to sign my name at the end of the process which took about 1 hour. I would highly recommend. More
