Went in for a scheduled oil change with a supposed 5 point inspection and all they did was just change the oil. No tire rotation or anything else was done. Worst service. I didn’t get no update on my vehicle. And then when I went to pick up my car I was told I can’t get a tire sensor change due to they don’t work on or I didn’t get no update on my vehicle. And then when I went to pick up my car I was told I can’t get a tire sensor change due to they don’t work on order vehicle. ( I never heard of that ) then when I was about to pay I was getting over charged for a oil change even doe I showed the adviser that online it was 69.95 the advisor still didn’t want to adjust the price. another advisor came and had to adjust it . I hope the adviser that helped me learn from this, that is not good to push me out and over charge me for a oil change he could of atleast tried to upsell me something or even explain the multiple point inspection or say good bye. More
