Horrible, terrible, bad experience I had the worst experience with the advisor, I request another with the manager, bc I had a major problem trying to get service to my vehicle, and lo I had the worst experience with the advisor, I request another with the manager, bc I had a major problem trying to get service to my vehicle, and looks like the advisers are the ones who manage the manager, he don’t have authority with their employees and if I explain my experience I will need more space to explain my all situations, i wait 15 days in order to get the parts for my car, when usually takes 2 business days, and I got it only by coincidence bc I have to ask for the dealer manager wich apparently never get my calls, and after 4 hours I got the service manager, and by a miracle the parts just show up by magic after I call before in the morning and they told me that I have to wait another week, finally when I got my car suppose it repair I come back 30 minutes later and my car still had problems I came back next day and they told me that I have to come back again bc the parts are defective, it’s been 2 more weeks and am still waiting and they get paid already more that 3000 dlls. At the end of this review 11/30/2018. It’s been 30 days and am still waiting!! More

If you like frequent service visits, this is the place. I brought in my 2016 Dodge Charger for the 5th time, and Eastchester Chrysler can’t fix the transmission and I was told they are not able to fix the t I brought in my 2016 Dodge Charger for the 5th time, and Eastchester Chrysler can’t fix the transmission and I was told they are not able to fix the transmission either. Service Manager Frank Perez simply does not care. Frank did not take any type of ownership of the situation and was more than willing to walk away when I asked him for assistance with the vehicle. From the sales to the service experience I feel under appreciated as a customer. Which at this point seems typical with Crysler Dealerships. In the future I will never purchase a vehicle from Eastchester and especially a Chrysler vehicle. If I was able to give this dealer a no star rating I would. More
