Maggie was really helpful while my car was getting service. My only issue is that whatever notification system you are using for your customers is garbage. Maggie explained to me that I should’ve got service. My only issue is that whatever notification system you are using for your customers is garbage. Maggie explained to me that I should’ve got an text and an email but never received it when my car was done. This has happened multiple times in the past with different representatives, Rosemary had to send me a the notification multiple times until I got it.
