Sean was our sales man. Very friendly but only cares about the sale not the customer.I informed him that I had bad credit. I know that one financial group credit acceptance Very friendly but only cares about the sale not the customer.I informed him that I had bad credit. I know that one financial group credit acceptance I mentioned to Him that I had a bad financing agreement. So I was very concerned about hard inquires on my credit. He allowed one of the guy mark to keep running my credit against all these financial group. I believe after a week of my buying the car all of these finance groups started sending mail with denial letters. Which means mark was applying left and right with financial groups. I told Sean who was the middle man i didn’t any that to happen due to prior history. I wrote a nice review at first just off of excitement until I seen what mark did to my credit! Then they take forever to get ur hard tags more than two months with DC make sure u get names of people u speak to you’ll be at fault if you don’t but there’s suppose to be a team. One lady that handles title and tags. She’s unprofessional. I asked for her boss she informed me it was Jackie. Then I ask who’s Jackie’s boss all for her to act like I can’t contact him. When I called the dealership I was able to speak to him in bmore. They play a lot of games so just make sure u on top of everything u may need for ur car because relying on them u will be SOL. I wrote a nice review at first then I had to come back to write a real review! And I would rate mark and Sean 1 start but it won’t switch!! More
