Although I appreciate their business model and seemingly professional approach, DCB sold me a vehicle that had previously been in an accident without revealing this to me. I believe that they knew its history because I discovered that they were selling the older vehicles, same model and more mileage for higher prices. So they probably purchased this for less than average wholesale and the probably knew why. But they cited a CarFax report to me that incorrectly reported the vehicle as having a clean record. The damage was discovered by the body shop we took it to for inspection. Once pointed out to us, it was clearly evident and hard to believe that any professional buyer or person in DCB's prep department or others could have overlooked the previous damage and rather unprofessional repair. If I believed that DCB made an honest mistake, I would have no problem with the situation, as those things happen. However, this possibility does not seem plausible for the reasons stated above. To their credit, they honored their 7 day return policy without protest. Some More

We loved working with this dealership... we were able to go look at cars without standing outside in the cold with our baby. Initially, we purchased a car that had passed their 100+ point certification test, but then had a dead battery the day we took it home. Immediately after having the batter replaced, the check engine light came on. Scary. So we returned the car and traded it in for a different vehicle. The process was painless and they were very understanding of why we weren't comfortable keeping our initial purchase. The new car we got has been wonderful so far, and we are happy with our car-buying experience overall. In my mind, good customer service is about making things right for the customer. Things weren't right, but they made them right: Quickly, and painlessly for us. Two thumbs up. More

This by far is the most well run dealership I have been to with friendly, and very competent sales associates. I was looking for a quality, and affordable car for my parents, and after narrowing down a to with friendly, and very competent sales associates. I was looking for a quality, and affordable car for my parents, and after narrowing down a few dealerships I choose Direct Car Buying. I am so pleased with every aspect of my purchase that i'm still in shock with how easy it was to buy a car from here. The owner even took the time to come over, and personally show us around, and answered any question that we had.
