The BDC rep is great but i should have been told before I came in that i was going to do the entire process over again which i wasn’t expecting. Why have your prospective clients start everything online onc came in that i was going to do the entire process over again which i wasn’t expecting. Why have your prospective clients start everything online once have approval then get told they had to come in to finish the process with a paystub which once they arrive they are having to get everything done again. This is a huge waste to time for the client, salesperson, and BDC reps. More
