Avoid at all cost We had a horrible experience at this dealership. There is clearly a communication problem between the salesman and their mangers. When we came the fir We had a horrible experience at this dealership. There is clearly a communication problem between the salesman and their mangers. When we came the first time we gave permission to pull our credit. Carlos stated it would would be pulled once and shopped around for the best deal. My credit was pulled 12 times by this dealership. When we came back another day they told us the car we were looking for was there however when we arrived the story completely changed to it has been sold “an hour ago” when a supervisor later confirmed that it had been sold the morning of that day. We experienced watching 3 people extremely upset talk to the supervisors about the same type of thing. They are dishonest and they do not value customers time. Horrible experience! More
