I originally gave this dealership an amazing review and as of today, considering the fact that one of their salesman intentionally blew me off and physically shoo'd me away with his hands when I came to pi as of today, considering the fact that one of their salesman intentionally blew me off and physically shoo'd me away with his hands when I came to pick up my tags for whatever personal reasons they have and I am sure it's on camera.. I definitely feel like I need to express the reality of this company. Then, not only because of mistakes that the dealership made, they truly do not care about the customer and really only care about making a sale. I personally have bought multiple cars from here and never had an issue before until recently. I was sold a vehicle that wasn't even inspected and given an unsafe loaner which almost caused me to lose my job and I should've learned my lesson then, but I don't like to base my views on a company from one bad hire but this most recent experience had given me a clear understanding. As a licensed insurance agent who works in sales, I build my reputation on ethically and morally doing the right thing and even if I make a mistake I do what I can to make things right or at least communicate to the customer especially if they are a returning one out of respect because I see they trust me and my company. I have reached out to the CEO, Robert Bassam, who doesn't seem to have any interest in even communicating with me anymore and my intention is never to mess with anyone's business because we all could use different situations as a way to provide more training and coaching to build stronger salespeople but only if a company is willing to do their part as well. I was very transparent about my situation when I walked in and the two type of vehicles I needed and was very clear that I needed a third row. I took full accountability of where I went wrong but I can honestly say when it comes to hearing the customer or making a sale it's clear to see what's more valuable even when the customer is asking all the right questions, communicating, being told that this is the car they are approved for and if they put $2,000 down, they can come back and put the remainder $2,000 down on this day for this specific vehicle, just to come back on the agreed day and find out that vehicle was "sold" (which is understandable from a sales perspective right because you do what you need to in order to meet your sales goals) but then to be told you have to put more money down and the vehicle doesn't even have a third row for my kids and because I am not a car expert, I thought they were folded down and I should have known when the sales person didn't even show me but kept saying this one had lower mileage.... Yes, I know I messed up, but honestly I could have took my business elsewhere from the beginning because I have to do what's best for me and I made that clear to them as well before I put my $2000 down because I made it clear that I was going to be without a vehicle as well. I trusted this company because I really try to believe that it's not always the actual business until the CEO stop responding to me as well. I know not to ever again and all I am saying is just to be careful. The screenshots do not lie and I just hope that this can help someone from making the same mistake. We all are human, we all have our own financial situations, we all have an opinion. Right is right and wrong is wrong and I hope that this message helps someone because even as a sales person in a different industry, you don't have to operate business like this to meet sales and customers do matter. More
