I was definitely comforted by his professionalism, courtesy, honesty, bubbly personality, and knowledge on products and services offered. Typically I absolutely hate going to the car dealership but Carlos gave me an experience to remember. I can be a super difficult person but Carlos and Joel were extremely helpful and most importantly patient with finding a car equipped with all of the features I desired while also staying within my budget.
