Take it or leave it sales policy Following a recent surgery and in anticipation of a long rehabilitation, I opted to buy a minivan to transport a wheelchair and a walker etc. The vehi Following a recent surgery and in anticipation of a long rehabilitation, I opted to buy a minivan to transport a wheelchair and a walker etc. The vehicle I wanted was at Eastern Motors , Temple Hills Maryland. However, before arriving at the store, I failed to do a Carfax. I stayed in my car as my wife went inside and met with Mr. James Smith, who she later described as being exceedingly courteous and professional. After she was given a copy of the Carfax, we realized the vehicle we were intending to purchase had previously been a rental vehicle which was unacceptable to both of us. My only complaint is Eastern Motors has a policy of not negotiating the sales price which I find objectionable . With a minimal amount of additional research, I was able to purchase a newer, cheaper, lower mileage , better trim level vehicle from another store. Personally, I would never buy a vehicle from a store which is unwilling to negotiate the sales price. More

Great Experience Glenda was Great as usual! My family and I have been buying cars from Glenda since we met her in 2013 at Easterns. She has been remarkable and nothing Glenda was Great as usual! My family and I have been buying cars from Glenda since we met her in 2013 at Easterns. She has been remarkable and nothing short of kind and willing to help in any situation. I purchased my my Chevy Equinox from her about a year ago. I called her in September asking her if she had installed the OnStar on the truck. She said yes. I also told her that my husband had been missing in the 3quinox. Well she stayed on the phone with me with OnStar to locate my husband who had a medical emergency! They located the truck and sent help. I'm very grateful and happy that Glenda took time to hook up my OnStar. Thanks Glenda I will keep buying and sending customers to you. More
