He explained all services to us but again, his approach to selling made us very comfortable instead of feeling like he was only pushing products to us. He is definitely an integral key to the continued success of the dealership. My only concern is when we picked up the vehicle, it was not cleaned to the standard that we were expecting. Your team had it returned to be done again promptly. I say this because I think that section should know.
