Patient, courteous and knowledgeable. We came late in the evening to this dealership after having been unsuccessful in finding a car at a number of other dealerships earlier in the day. We found exactly what we were looking for there, but the price was higher than we had anticipated paying. The representatives there were patient, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the numerous discussions that were necessary for us to make the final decision to buy the car. In the end, we had to admit that the car was worth the price. We left the dealership over three hours after closing time, and a number of employees stayed late to assist us until everything had been taken care of. More

Ridiculous dealer to purchase a vehicle This is the worst dealership ever experienced in my life,I would not recommend it to even my enemies. I purchase a lincoln navigator 2014,upon signing This is the worst dealership ever experienced in my life,I would not recommend it to even my enemies. I purchase a lincoln navigator 2014,upon signing my agreement they told me I have 7 days to change my mind(.BIG LIE)on the 3rd day I saw another lincoln truck that I like,they couldn't do an exchange for me instead d manager (chester pinkney)said Maryland law once the car is purchase it's final,no return or exchange.the check already sent to them from the bank the deal is done. I lost five thousand dollars in 5days for them to trade in my vehicle and have to made another down payment of thirteen thousand dollars just to buy the other truck that I like. Pls guys pay attention to sign in signing your agreement with eastern motors,if you see (no cooling off period)means once purchase within 7days the deal is final. I learnt a lot from this dealership. I will never ever refer anyone.they convince me to make the wrong choice after they will give u the run around. I wish I hv a lawyer by then. More
