Great Service at Eastern Motors! I picked Eastern Motors because they had the car I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Glenda Bradley who took me on a test drive and an I picked Eastern Motors because they had the car I was looking for. They work hard for you I went to this dealer as a first time buyer, selected a car that come to find out later I did not like. I'm a male and the car I bought was powder blue and had the body type that a young college girl would like. (Nissan Versa) I knew that it was my impatience just to get behind the wheel that led me to that decision. So that same night I called wanting to transfer cars. Not only did they oblige but they understood and helped me along the way. I walked away with a 2015 Honda Civic. If they could improve anything it would be their organization in how they queue their customers. We scheduled an appointment for 6pm and when we walk in someone else was taking our time slot. But David Carter (my sales rep) did his earnest to make up for that and was literally running here and there trying to make amends. More
