Best First Time Experience I just got a car from Easterns and it was legit not like I imagined! Going in, I thought I was going to be bombarded by an antsy rep who only wanted t I just got a car from Easterns and it was legit not like I imagined! Going in, I thought I was going to be bombarded by an antsy rep who only wanted to sell a car. NOPE! Ms. Glenda was the opposite of what I thought my experience would be. She greeted my husband and I with a warm smile, was extreme perdonalble and has the patience I could only dream of. I had trouble with printing my pay stub and she never rushed me or made me feel like just another customer. She was amazing ALL around and really worked with me. I would recommend ANYONE to her!
