I've always dreaded the car-buying experience, but I must say that the experience I had at Eastern's was about the best that I've had in my history of buying cars. It was a straightforward, quick and h must say that the experience I had at Eastern's was about the best that I've had in my history of buying cars. It was a straightforward, quick and hassle-free interaction. When my husband and I pulled up to the car dearlership, we were immediately greeted by Mr. Mitchener (Will). Will was extremely pleasant from the beginning and maintained this demeanor throughout the entire process. He explained the process the entire step of the way, and made sure he kept us abreast as the process progressed. One of the vehicles that my husband and I were interested in purchasing was not at the lot that we visited, but Will immediately got on the line and had the car transported to our location. While my husband and I waited he made sure that we comfortable and happy, which made the wait seem shorter than it actually was. When the vehicle arrived, we test drove the vehicle with Will. Will was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its capablilities. He was able to answer all of the questions that were posed by my husband and I, and he addressed our concerns about the vehicle immediately. From the very start, Tony at Easterns Automotive gave us a very positive experience. When we walked up, he was outside and greeted us warmly, asking if we had an appointment. As we were finishing that, he went to find us a car that fit our criteria: a sedan, good gas mileage, decent miles, NO red cars, and something that fit our budget. He picked a 2011 Toyota Corolla that was exactly what we wanted. The financing put it in our range, and even after considering a few other cars, we went with his first choice for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Now, I'm loving my car and want to thank Easterns and Tony for a great exerience! More

I initially bought a smaller vehicle and realized it was too small for family, after husband could not fit comfortably. I called to see if I could possibly trade up. Well of course they waited until the deal was finalized and I had neg equity in the initial veh, before calling me back. After I realized that I was just not going to be happy I was really stressed to do something. I returned back again and was given a 2012 GMC with 39,700 miles for 40,000. this includes about 3 from the other vehicle. After discovering I paid more than I should have. I became sick and taken advantage of. No other dealership besides Eastern motors was charging that type of money with that many miles. I would have never gone back after purchasing the first vehicle which was a 2010 Lexxus: however I could not just give the car back, which was higher than anyone else also. Now I'm stuck dealing with you guys. buying a car should be a good experience. I"m so discouraged right now I could cry. even though it is a 2012 it has been driven the length of a 4yr old vehicle and I was charged top dollar. I wish I had never drove onto this dealership lot. Worst experience of my life. If I could only give this vehicle back I would. I would never advise anyone to come to this dealership unless they are straight up desperate. Depressed customer. My salesman Mr. Kenneth Canterbury is the best. He has been working patiently with me since December 2012. My experience with Eastern has always been great. Mr. Ali is a great manager. Every time he got something he thought I could afford or would be interested in he would call me, not hassle me. I will buy my next suv in 2014 from Mr. Canterbury. I wish I could buy a suv every year from him because on my visit I really felt very special treatment. He is the greatest ask my grandson and my great-grand daughter who is enjoying our Lincoln MKT.
