My name is Cinci Mitchell and I purchased a Poniac Torrent from the used car lot. It was for my daughter. Two months later during the first cold front we realized the heat did not work. I was not concerned since I purchased the 36 month 36,000 mile warranty. However, the part nor the labor are covered with the warranty. My mechanic found it is a switch that turns the temperature from hot to cold air. The part is less than $50.00 but it requires the entire dash to be removed to get to it--6 hours labor. He further said that no reputable dealer would have not noticed this problem when inspecting used cars. I am very upset! I contacted the used car manager, Mike, who did not return my call and the service manager who told me to go to a GM dealer--they did not work on Poniacs
