In July of 2022, my family was in a roll-over accident that totaled our car. We returned to Easy Honda because of our previous experience. This time, it was an unpleasant experience (aside from our sales guy Jeremiah). Some highlights: * I was told there were no current promotions. I brought up Honda's promotions on the website to show what incentives were available (Honda Loyalty, financing rates). * We were told cars were not sticking on the lot long and the only way we could ensure we'd have a car available when we were able to do financing was to put $1000 non-refundable down. * The sales manager knew we had been in an accident and were waiting on insurance payouts, yet still asked us multiple times to "close the deal" so it would be in their July numbers. * The finance person snuck in $3500 worth of addons we did not discuss. (Changed the Honda Protection package from $1,500 to $3,500, added warranty we did not discuss). * The finance person oversold warranty and used the refund from our previous warranty as a reason that the "new warranty would look higher". Extended LoJack and other warranties saying "I want to make sure you're protected," but didn't discuss what that meant. (I should have walked away from this sale, but had been in financing for 3+ hours and was in pain from the car accident we were in). * The quoted price of the car with sales tax was $54,000. The initial end price of the car (with a hefty down payment and a 2.9% interest rate over 60 months) was quoted to be $75,000 ($21,000 in extras and interest). * We paid to have the towing package installed and were told that could happen while financing the vehicle. We were called a couple hours before our financing appointment to say they did not have the part. At no point in the process were we told the part was unavailable. It's been 2 weeks and we have no update on when the part will be available. In summary (TLDR): Easy Honda took advantage of a family with an under 2 year old and a pregnant woman who had been in a recent car accident. (I should have walked away and given up the $1,000 non-refundable payment). More

Service Center - Showed up on time for 11:30 AM oil change appt. Was told ~ 2hr wait. Had to leave after waiting 2 hours and no update. Car was still waiting in parking lot queue. Not sure what point o change appt. Was told ~ 2hr wait. Had to leave after waiting 2 hours and no update. Car was still waiting in parking lot queue. Not sure what point of making appointment is. I understand shop backed up, but at least give customer realistic expectation or an update on status, especially after it crossed that 2hr mark so that they can make decision to wait or leave. Just a total waste of time. More

Should be called Sheister Honda. Advertise a price for a used vehicle then when you show up there is a "reconditioning" fee of 10%. Does this tactic work on anyone? I am dealer bias, as an ASE Certified Mechanic I have worked at parts companies, auctions and independent automotive & diesel repair shops. The Automotive field is surprisingly a small world, we all are worked at parts companies, auctions and independent automotive & diesel repair shops. The Automotive field is surprisingly a small world, we all are connected in some sort of way and share stories. Because of all that I have seen, experienced and the people I have worked with I have avoided buying from dealers at all cost. Easy Honda has changed my mind, and now they are the only dealership I will do business with. I was in a car accident and my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time, we needed another vehicle and bigger. We both came in to Easy Honda ready for the lies, hidden fees, patched up cars that something was bypassed in order to clear the dash, overall we were ready to fight. Andrew and Umar and the rest of the staff in management as well as financing put us at ease by actually listening to what we wanted and not just waiting for their turn to talk in order to make a quick sale. We never felt rushed nor did we feel like they were stalling us in order for us to cave in. We were truly surprised to be sold what we wanted from a dealership, a good quality reliable vehicle at a fair price. We later dropped the vehicle off to have few minor things fixed like the cracked windshield, before we picked up the vehicle we did a walk around and notice the vehicle was hit. They apologize said "we will order the part and call you when it comes in" We greatly appreciated that because Easy Honda did not try to lie about it, hide it or even argue about it. They owned up to it and fixed it. Easy Honda probably moves around 100 vehicles a day, accidents happen and we get that. We can't say this enough how truly easy our experience was at Easy Honda. More
“Bait and Switch” tactics? You be the judge—advertised a 2014 Dodge Durango at $19,900 and when I got to dealership to test drive, it was “just sold.” They (Easy Honda) are the ones who offered me the test 2014 Dodge Durango at $19,900 and when I got to dealership to test drive, it was “just sold.” They (Easy Honda) are the ones who offered me the test drive after I inquired about the vehicle by email and then communicated with them by text. After confirming my 2:30 test drive appointment, I had been in contact with the dealership twice (while in route!!) and they never said anything about the car being sold. When I asked where the vehicle was, the salesman said he thought it was being washed. Then they told me the price was low because it was damaged on the rear, but I saw no major damage on the pictures at their website and the vehicle was listed as “no accidents reported.” After telling me the Durango was no longer available, they offered a different Durango for $10,000 more. I will never re-visit this dealership and here’s your fair warning to stay away also. Auto Dealer Fraud?? Bait and Switch tactics?? You be the judge. More
