I had an appointment for 1030 oil change, tire rotation. And alignment since machine was broken when I had new tire put on month earlier. I was told truck would be done around 1130 or noon. After noon I looked outside since I had not heard anything and there sat my truck. I waited a bid longer still nothing. I went and asked if it was done. Hard telling how long I waited for no reason. After checking out and driving back I noticed my steering wheel was not in line. On my 40 minute drive back to work A bunch of light came on my dash. I called and was told to bring it back. Now 40 minutes back to the shop, plus time to re work on truck , and 40 minutes back to work. I lost out on almost 3 hours of work for no necessary reason. Took the truck on a road trip this weekend only to have change oil soon light come on. Along with that I have a shake in my steering wheel. I bought the truck a ec auto and that is why I has it serviced there. I am not happy with the service recieved. More

Three months before we purchased the van, we stopped at the dealership and test drove it. Then we shopped around and came back looking for a van and luckily for us, the same van was there to purchase. We the dealership and test drove it.
