I bought a one year-old vehicle that has had problems from the start. The worst experience was when I drove three hours to have my front light repaired and after 15 minutes, they told me they had to orde from the start. I came back two weeks later driving three hours again arrived and was told that it would be a 1 to 3 hour wait for my vehicle I have not been happy with the sales department or the service department and we will never buy a vehicle at this location again. The salesman told me when I purchased the vehicle that because it was a used vehicle. It would not have any warranty and sold me a warranty for $5000 on my first visit for service. I was told by the service technician that I didn’t indeed have a warranty on the vehicle through jeep and I really didn’t need to buy an additional warranty from the sales department. I feel as though there was misrepresentation in the sale of this vehicle. More

We're treated fairly and they go above and beyond. In fact, when i was in last week for a number of repairs and mileage reimbursements, I got such honest advice I told Sam "you realize dealerships are supposedly evil and you're proving they're not!" She said customer comes first. Her advice was spot on. I trust Samantha, I trust Nate and they keep me coming back. More
