We experienced a longer wait than hoped, but the team’s professionalism and problem-solving made the difference. He was very professional, kept us updated every step of the way, and genuinely cared about our time. We even found an issue with CarPlay and or Android Auto not working and he made sure to take the car in the back to let their tech’s resolve the issue while we continue with the finance, which was just a bad USB cable on my part. Corey who was our Sales Manager worked out the financing so well that I had to tip my hat to him. The finance option he provided was excellent! Orlando went above and beyond. He helped me with a critical issue that wasn’t something they had to do because at that time already had the vehicle & it passed its return time. He made sure it got approved. That kind of effort is rare. The wait tested our patience, but the team made it worth it. Larnell kept us informed and respected our time. Corey delivered financing that genuinely impressed us. And Orlando solved a major issue he didn't have to touch. Not every dealership goes that extra mile. These guys all did! We are also loving the new ride! More

I was initially excited to purchase my daughter's first car. I arrived for my appt on time to spend almost five hours purchasing a vehicle in cash. The company's website, call agents, and sales reps are al car. I arrived for my appt on time to spend almost five hours purchasing a vehicle in cash. The company's website, call agents, and sales reps are all misleading. The car was driven off the lot not detailed (clean), even after the sales agent said that what was being done for the additional hour I waited. Seeing how frustrated and irritated I was by the process, no urgency was shown, and no apologies or concern was given. The manager was kind enough to remove fees that the online site stated were not mandatory, but it was stated that it was definitely mandatory in the dealership. All in all, I will not return nor recommend. I hope some major changes happen. Maybe if I had a different salesperson or had been given correct information prior to making an appointment over the phone, my situation would have been different. More
Update - Talon came to the rescue, he reached out over phone minutes after I posted the review and made sure to resolve each of the post sales issues I pointed out. EchoPark refunded the Permaplate charge phone minutes after I posted the review and made sure to resolve each of the post sales issues I pointed out. EchoPark refunded the Permaplate charge and nudged the back-office team to submit tag/ title paperwork right away, which was submitted right after. Echo Park is a high volume dealer (from the traffic I saw on the floor), yet Talon follows up on all pre-sales questions, manages the sales floor and manages all post-sales questions, issues - kudos to him! Original Review for context (EchoPark came out good at the end, so it is likely my experience was not the norm but an anomaly): Good pre-sales -> average Experience Guide (sales agent) -> same snake-oil practices as other car dealers - the so called mandatory $800 Paint Protection crap -> worst after-sales (Tag and Title). I bought a low miles 2026 Tesla Y earlier this month and the pre-sales experience was commendable. The Buyer (for Trade-In, Markus) and the Sales manager (Talon) went above and beyond on Easter (when the dealership was closed) to convince me for a deal (match CarMax price for Trade-in and answer any questions about the car). The so-called Experience Guide (sales agent) left a lot to be desired - I would think a dealer should have some dress code and etiquette, but not here. The guy is dressed up in a tee and casual bermuda shorts who said at least 4 times during the process that since you're paying cash I don't get anything on this deal. Next is the snake oil which all car dealers sell on name of documentation fee or the pre-applied mandatory Paint protection crap. This dealer charges $800 for it, nowhere disclosed on their website where they try to come out as the honest car dealership. Same crap as others, I wish they either disclose it in bold on their website or stop playing this card. The worst part of this company is after-sales. They have not completed the title paperwork in 20 days (not talking about sending me the title, just them submitting the paperwork to the online systems). Once that is complete, the county takes 2 weeks to send the plates, but I'm not sure how this will end up (and I hope they didn't sell me a lemon and I've not seen the title - only CarFax which obviously is never accurate). When you call to the so-called after-sales Guest Loyalty Center - they are never available to take calls at any hours - it goes to a voicemail which they do not return. And when you email them - same story, no one replies back. The pre-sales used to reply in minutes at odd-hours. And so-called 7-day 'Happiness Guarantee' and 30-day warranty - please do not fall for that assuming this is CarMax. It is just a gimmick. They put a limit of 250 miles, which is too low compared to none with CarMax. And the 30-day warranty is also limited to 1000 miles and only covers main components. More

I went to Echo Park last week for a test drive and ended up buying a car the same day. That should already tell you that I had a great experience just off of that. The whole time I was working with Amber Young, who definitely made the process very simple yet thorough. I recently turned 18 so this is my first ever car so to have someone who is so understanding but also willing to break everything down to me. I really appreciate it. Amber also made sure that me and my family were very comfortable and understood all the pros and cons of my vehicle. Amber also went out of her way to tell me the story of her own family purchasing their first car and herself. It was very nice and honestly truly appreciated because I felt like she was talking to me, not just from an educational standpoint, but from a friendly standpoint as well. If I ever decide to trade in my car or get a new one, I will definitely be returning back to Echo Park and asking for Amber. More
