Met Hannah on Saturday and she was very kind and help me with the initial processes and got me a wonderful quote on our current car for trade-in. She encouraged me to take a look at the trucks that wer with the initial processes and got me a wonderful quote on our current car for trade-in. Two days later went up to that location and found the truck that we wanted. The local guy told me to put a $500 deposit down on it. Knowing that I wanted to work with Hanna at the Centennial location. Ultimately, he stole the commission on this or the credit. Not kind. Went back to trade in my vehicle with Hannah and she did all this work effortlessly with integrity and hard work Even though she didn’t get credit for the truck sale. Despite purchasing a car back in December, it has taken until now, in March, to receive the necessary paperwork to obtain my plates. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It is concerning that such poor communication and service have been provided, particularly considering that the vehicle was not financed. I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency from your establishment. As a result of this experience, I am compelled to reconsider future business dealings with your branch and will explore alternative options moving forward.
