I went back to the Echo Park dealership to buy my own car aftet buying my son's car there 2 months ago. The great salesman that helped me find the right car for my son had moved to their new Plano, TX locati aftet buying my son's car there 2 months ago. The great salesman that helped me find the right car for my son had moved to their new Plano, TX location so I was really hoping I'd have another good experience. I took some time to walk the entire lot by myself to check out the latest inventory, I went inside and was paired up with Charles Bright. He was very friendly but also calm and he listened to what I had to say. He first showed me quite a few cars online and helped me narrow my search and then I was test driving a car I loved very quickly. Charles was patient and never made me feel rushed or pushed toward a certain car or type of financing (which is always the feel I've had st other dealerships). He just provided me the information I needed, and I drove away in my dream car knowing that I got a great deal too. More
