During the sale everything went well. Isaiah was the salesman and he seemed nice and honest. It was AFTER the sale that I was ignored. I texted and called about an issue with the car and ignored and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK WITH ME!! In conclusion they are super nice during the sale but after the sale they don’t care about you anymore! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ECHO PARK to anyone! So much for their promised 1000 mile/1 month warranty! I had to get the issue fixed on my own but a car that is a 2025 with only 36,000 miles should NOT have any issues! They ignore their customers after they get your money which is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional! Again I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy their car with EchoPark! More
