The associate I worked with, Ryan Wilson, was absolutely fantastic. For someone who has worked at EchoPark for a short amount of time (a year, I think) had produced a great customer experience when buying a fantastic. For someone who has worked at EchoPark for a short amount of time (a year, I think) had produced a great customer experience when buying a new vehicle. His approach on sales was not pushy (which majority of people like) and he was very much there to support and answer questions and took an educational approach. Not only that but the vehicle I purchased had the check engine light come on, which is obviously not ideal, but EchoPark worked with me on getting me a loaner vehicle (which they don't do often since its a vehicle in their personal inventory) which helped me greatly. No company is perfect and mistakes happen but the steps they took to make it right is what really matters. (Thank you, Tyler) The customer loyalty associates I have worked with and continue to work with have been nothing short of amazing as well. JP and Echo were a pleasure to work with. My car is still being fixed at the moment but I look forward to getting it back but would still recommend EchoPark Thornton to anyone who is looking for a new car. More
