I wasn't a fan of the requirement to use their financing and although my credit is excellent I felt their best interest rate was a little high. They also make money by offering extended warranties, but i can't fault them for that--the price I paid for the truck was fair. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and I would recommend. More

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how pressured I felt to purchase the extended warranty and car care services. I had to say I was not interested at least three times. I could tell that Brandi had to push these. She kept saying "no pressure" but I could definitely feel the pressure. After I said no several times, a manager came over to ask us again! The car buying experience was great! But, be prepared to be pressured about buying the extras. More

Special Treatment to Certain Customers You CANNOT hold a vehicle if you're less than 4 hours away from the dealership but if you're more than 4 hours away, by all means you can hold the veh You CANNOT hold a vehicle if you're less than 4 hours away from the dealership but if you're more than 4 hours away, by all means you can hold the vehicle for 24 hours to 4 days. Their explanation is because they "sell the vehicles fast and closer customers don't have the convenience as the further away customers" THAT's their "catch". I've never heard of a dealership treating their customers like that. You're nothing but a dollar sign that's being raked in. They sell their cars fast so who cares what your needs are. So glad I never test drove the vehicle I was going to buy. Garbage business. More

We drove over an hour to see a vehicle they couldn't find. Next, we decided to check out EchoPark as it was close to our home. EchoPark was not what I expected. This dealership was great!! I really want to thank the sales rep who helped us, Jose Ocampo. He is a huge asset to EchoPark. Both professional and bilingual which contributed to us buying the truck we wanted. We are extremely happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying a new/used vehicle. There's also a great waiting area for families with children while paperwork is being completed. Thanks again! More
