I wrote a review a week ago about how bad I was treated by a salesman. Corey Choate and a few other sales people emailed me and wanted to say they were sorry and wanted me to please come back to be a VIP g by a salesman. Corey Choate and a few other sales people emailed me and wanted to say they were sorry and wanted me to please come back to be a VIP guest. My daughter Summer and me her mother Gina did just that. Hank was our salesman and my hat goes off to him. He welcomed me with a huge smile and assured us we would be treated with no less than the best of service. One of the sales managers (and I wished I could remember his name) also greeted us and assured us we had one of the best Salesman they had. I listened to everything Hank pitched and enjoyed the information he gave me. This car was for my daughter and I wanted her to have the best and I think I got just that. My daughter purchased an Accord Sudan and it is a remarkable car. The car was purchased at a great price. Corey I want to thank you for showing your appreication to me with the cost of that car. I work for the United States Government and talk to many as a Rural Carrier. I have already told many about the service i got and how the car is a great deal. I just picked up my new Honda Fit, and I have to tell you I am SUPER impressed with ecomony Honda in Chattanooga!!!! Being a single woman and having little knowledge of cars other than "thats a cute one!" I I am SUPER impressed with ecomony Honda in Chattanooga!!!! Being a single woman and having little knowledge of cars other than "thats a cute one!" I was treated so well from start to finish! I had Scott Glass as my sales person and I would HIGHLY recommend him to EVERYONE!!!!OK i know I dont have very much knowledge on cars, but i was NEVER made to feel like it! He patiently explained every thing to me on the car, and ever step needed to get my car.He never talked down to me and made me feel like I was dealing with family that I could trust. Everyone one was friendly and nice to me starting with Scott, to finance , even to the man that helped deliver my car. Once again I cant say enough about Scott!!! When I took ownership of my car, his last words were "if you need anything or have any questions, just call me, I will help!" Do you know what that means to a single woman? LOTS!!!! We just bought our second car from Economy Honda in about a year. Their sales staff is not pushy and generic like those of most car lots. They take the time to get to know you and how to help you. My experiences at Economy Honda Superstore has always been great. That is why I always find my way back here when the time comes to trade or buy. Shane Defoor was Great! I went there to update software(Retchie Lopez) on my 2006 Honda Accord but left with a 2010 V6 Honda Accord. Shane was willing to help put me in the car I wanted. Could not be more pleased with the people I dealt with. Shane was especially terrific and I would recommend him to anyone.
