He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional...He allowed us to take our time. He did not make us feel pressured at all..That is a hugh plus with my husband and I. Andre was so helpful when I test drove a Crv for the first time. Although I didn't agree with him that the car had enough power for my daily commute, he was honest and very friendly. He took me to a gre first time. Although I didn't agree with him that the car had enough power for my daily commute, he was honest and very friendly. He took me to a great test driving location and I was able to really DRIVE the car! He took his time with me and didn't make me feel guilty when we did not come back to buy the car. All in all, he was fabulous and showed me exactly what payment I could expect up front. We found exactly what we wanted on the internet and then tried to find the best deal. We thought we would have to go to Atlanta, but we were able to get exactly what we wanted right here in Chattanooga at t tried to find the best deal.
