Its sill and frustrating to spend so much money on a new car (and hondas are great) to be treated the way they do you. Throughout our purchase day, the sales rep, Lynn, kept saying, "i would really appreciate it if you gave me a 5 on the customer review, a 5 would really help me out". It would have helped us out if Economy had done what they said - get us the tag, correctly - no its something else i will have to do because they dropped the ball. It was such a bad experience, they never gave us the customer survey to complete - or the voucher for the first oil change (which i had been trying to get, with no progress to date) We love the car but will never go back to Economy for anything.
