I consistently take my Hondas to this dealership to be serviced, especially at the major intervals that require timing belt replacements, etc. I am saddened to say that I will no longer be doing so. I took the vehicle in to be serviced according to the maintenance minder. However, Addison Webb approved work on my ticket that we NEVER discussed, aside from a tire rotation, oil change, and drive belt. I asked to have an inspection done and to be notified of anything else that may be recommended at this time. When they sent the digital approval contract, suddenly I am looking at almost $4000 worth of “critical work.” When I attempted to decline the add-ons on the digital contract, to my dismay, I could not decline certain services that he approved on my ticket. Not only did we NEVER discuss said services, but I also had NOT signed the service agreement before Addison told the technician to begin work on the vehicle. I refused and told them I would come get the key and car and take it to a different Honda dealership. BUT they had already drained my coolant (which was never agreed to nor discussed) and then they left it that way at the end of the day. They have cost me time and money, along with their technician’s time. I have never had an experience this poor at this dealership, and it is highly suspect and unethical to start work on a vehicle without signed approval. Especially when it was never part of the work the vehicle was brought in for. I am angry and saddened at the mood and tone of the service department now, and I feel considerably disrespected and blindsided by this move. I will NEVER take my vehicle there for service again, and when it’s time for a new car, I can attest that I will NOT consider Economy Honda. The only positive here is that Ritchie was willing to listen to my concerns and have my car ready to pick up tomorrow. We have agreed that I will pay for the oil change, and they will eat the cost of the coolant service that I did not authorize. Such a ridiculous and needless amount of stress this added to my day. The finance department sent out our credit information to several other financial pl By far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The finance department sent out our credit information to several other financial places without our written permission. We gave Economy Honda only the permission, but one of their employees took it upon himself to check the boxes releasing the permission to send out our personal credit information. This resulted in 5 hard inquiries for 2 different people, which results in Honda Economy earning commision off of sending out your credit info. When confronted about the issue, the employees were extremely belittling, disrespectful, and found no fault in their actions. Currently working with the BBB to get the issue resolved because they refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and admit their wrong doing. Please svoid this place at all costs! They have several other complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and other finacial services that monitor credit fraud. The entire encounter was suspicious and as soon as you begin to show that you refuse to be treated poorly, their attitudes begin to show. I will continue to update reviews based on how this issue is handled. More

These guys stay very close to MSRP, whereas other dealers are going more than 4% above just because they can. Very kind, prompt help onsite, not pushy. Chris Hardaway is fantastic- as a former tech and car lover, he is super knowledgeable and could answer every single question! He’s been there 19 years. I highly recommend getting in touch with him!
