I went in to get my oil changed and check over all I had several things that needed attention. My battery was not showing that it was ok and since I purchased the battery in my car they replaced it with a several things that needed attention. I don’t understand how I’ve had my car serviced here from the time I bought it and all of a sudden it needs $5000 plus worth of work with no warning. I was also charged for a timing belt that had just been r the time I bought it and all of a sudden it needs $5000 plus worth of work with no warning. I was also charged for a timing belt that had just been replaced. I was told there would be a 10% discount to find out later that it was a max of $100. They did give an extra $100 but $200 on a $4200 bill is not 10%. As someone who is religious about servicing my car at the dealership, I’m not sure I trust that all these issues just magically appeared. More

Eddie is the best Service Advisor we have ever dealt with. He took care of fixing our Pilot and stopping the cracklings and loss of the information center display, He knew exactly what it was and handle with.
