Above and Beyond Our family was visiting from out of town for a funeral and while we were staying in a hotel, our Accord's driver window was broken out. As this happen Our family was visiting from out of town for a funeral and while we were staying in a hotel, our Accord's driver window was broken out. As this happened on a Saturday night, I was panicked to get this repaired on Monday morning as we had a funeral at 1pm and a 3.5 hour drive home. On Monday morning, Denny took control and even though the parts department did not have the glass in stock, Denny had one delivered and we were back on the road by noon!!! James Nix was very friendly and showed us all options that could be purchased with the vehicle such as extended warranty, gap insurance etc. and never tried to push it on you. No dealer in the Knoxville area could beat there prices so it was worth the hour drive to make the purchase. When it's time for a new vehicle we will be coming back to Economy Honda to buy it. More

Painless Experience I had shopped around Alabama and Mississippi for a fair price on a new Honda Accord. I was beginning to beleive a Honda Accord was out of my price ra I had shopped around Alabama and Mississippi for a fair price on a new Honda Accord. I was beginning to beleive a Honda Accord was out of my price range until, my boyfriend found Economy Honda online. The price Brittany gave me was WELL worth my trip to Tennessee. Since, I was traveling four hours, Lindsay, Brittany's manager kindly put the quote in writing and emailed it to me upon my request. When I arrived, I had the opportunity to look the car over, check the VIN # and mileage, drive the car and express if it was the car I had agreed to upon leaving Alabama. Brad and Eric completed paperwork with me. They were prepared and awaiting my arrival. I purchased the car and was on my way back to Alabama in less than 2 hours. By the way, I love my new Accord and I am thankful for the painless expereince Economy Honda provided to me. More
