They gave me a reasonable trade-in discount and educated me on everything I needed to know about my car, repairs, warranty, financing, etc. Trea stayed well past closing time to finish the sale. He should be rewarded for his customer care! I didn't even want to consider any other cars after my trip to Economy Honda. I knew, after doing extensive research online on different car models, that I wouldn't be able to find a better deal that suited my tastes. More

I started my search with them and the car I was looking at sold before I pulled the trigger. My salesperson, Stacy Vanpelt, didn't stop trying to earn my business. I was in a difficult price range with some challenging circumstances, but that didn't sway him at all. Stacy continuously sent me cars to consider and never got tired of helping me or talking to me when I had questions. Every other dealership I visited either didn't follow up at all, didn't seem to care whether I bought had a "buy today or we don't care" attitude about them. I can't say enough how different the process was at Economy Honda. From starting in eSales with Kara Taylor to Stacy's persistence and willingness to devote time to closing with Mark Harrelson, a long painstaking three weeks was certainly made pleasant and rewarding in the end by Economy Honda. I absolutely love my car, and the sales managers at Economy quickly got the model/colors I wanted in stock which simplified things a lot. Eric, the finance manager was also great to deal with. He is funny and efficient with timing when it comes to all of the paperwork involved. I never felt like he was trying to force me into a ton of extra warranties or add ons that weren't in my best interest either. More
