Ryan Pettijohn was an excellent service advisor. We had several things wrong with our car other than what we brought it in for and he helped us decide what needed to be done urgently and what could We had several things wrong with our car other than what we brought it in for and he helped us decide what needed to be done urgently and what could wait. This made a big difference in what we were going to have to pay. We felt very comfortable with the decisions because he took the time to explain all of the repairs so we would understand.
