Lacked professionalism. Very inconsiderate in regards to the time of the costumers, and the attentiveness of promises made for appointments were not as promised or followed through with. HIGHLY Disappointed in my experience with them!

I was having a warranty issue and John was very helpful and went above and beyond what was reasonable in service. I did not buy my car at this location, nor have had any service prior to this issue. After working with John I will not take my car anywhere else for service and when time for a new car I will only buy it at this location.

"Carol provides top notch service!"

Carol went above and beyond to take care of our family when our car was needing work for over two weeks. We have 3 kids all in car seats and we needed a loaner because my husband travels for work. There are very few loaner cars that can fit 3 car seats and Carol made sure we had one not knowing the fix for our car would take two weeks. This dealership has the best service department and it is the only reason we drive from Noblesville to buy our cars here. Thank you Carol!

Bought a used vehicle from them had a problem after getting home. They were great about doing the right thing and getting it fixed quickly. A special thank you to Service Advisor Dan Zettel and to Chris Gilliam for great customer service. When it comes to buying future vehicles we will be back. From the moment I talked with Jon on the phone about my situation to the point of the final paperwork getting signed, I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness I have ever been given at a dealership. I was trying to sell my vehicle to help pay off student loans faster and he walked me through every option that I had and explained what each one would end with. In the end, I decided to just sell instead of trade, and they gave me more than KBB value. I will definitely go back when I am in need of buying another vehicle.

Every aspect of my ten year relationship with Ed Martin Buick has been excellent. I leased three La Cross’ from Dennis McNamera—and bought the third one recently. Dennis stays in touch just the right amount. The Service Department knows my name, welcomes me and finishes on time. I frequently wait for my car in their lovely and comfortable waiting room. I get great value for the price of this relationship.
