When I arrived Amy at the service desk greeted me by name; she had the paperwork ready for my visit. Amy took me out to check my car over to be sure everything was in good shape. I had a question about tire rotation which Amy answered. The waiting room is clean and you have a large choice of free coffee and snacks, including fresh fruits. My vehicle was ready when promised and the lady at the checkout desk was very friendly and answered a couple of questions I had about the paperwork. I am glad you have free WiFi also. Getting my car serviced at your facility is always very positive for me....Thanks to everyone who contributes to the experience! More

I brought my 2001 GMC Yukon in to get a new tire put on and the oil changed. I also needed the car back that afternoon, which Ed Martin service said they could do. 4 hours after dropping off the Yukon I ge and the oil changed. I also needed the car back that afternoon, which Ed Martin service said they could do. 4 hours after dropping off the Yukon I get a call from a service tech who says I need four new tires (not 1) and there are other service issues - to the tune of $1,900. This was the 2nd time I had brought in the vehicle and was asked to pay double what I thought would be the charge. This time I told them to keep the spare on the vehicle and just change the oil. I took Ed Martin's list of services they wanted to make to another GM dealer whose head service tech told me all of the problems were non-existent and our tires had plenty of tread depth. Total bill - $179.00. Stay away from Ed Martin Buick GMC service as they have a reputation for gouging unknowing customers with inflated and unneeded service bills. More
