I had a pre approval from car gurus. Car gurus sent my deal information to me and dealer said to go to the dealership to finish. Austin Coffel texted me about car gurus sending my info. Tried to reply to his text with no response so I called the number said welcome to Verizon couldn't complete the call, called the dealership multiple times and phone never rang just disconnected me. Finally around 4pm I got through to the dealership they took a message and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. 5:10pm I pulled into the dealership still no reply. A gentleman ask if I needed help I said I was looking for Austin Coffel. The man went and got him and told him I was there to see him. he looked back at me and you could see he didn't want to deal with me I was a bother. He ask what I needed I said he was sent a pre approval on a vehicle from car gurus he said he didn't have anything and didn't know. I said that how you got my information and texted me. He said we'll what do you want to do. I want to try to buy the vehicle that was sent to you. He said we'll you have to fill out a credit application so I did, not sure why already did it on car gurus and had pre approval and terms sent to me. He didn't want to help me at all . I was in work clothes don't know if that was the problem or what. I walked out no customer service or help here. Don't waste your time at least not with Austin Coffel More
