We have been looking for a used Nissan Altima for a few weeks and came across one at Ed Martin Nissan through an online search. It had everything we were looking for. We put in an inquiry about the vehic weeks and came across one at Ed Martin Nissan through an online search. It had everything we were looking for. We put in an inquiry about the vehicle and Xing immediately responded to our request. We live out of state and had some questions about the vehicle to determine if it was worth a 4 hour drive to see it. Xing was very responsive to our text, phone calls and emails. He did a FaceTime video to show us the car inside and out, answered all of our questions, and if he didn’t have them, would check and get right back to us. He knew we didn’t want to drive 4 hours to see the car and come home empty handed so he made sure that we knew everything about the car before making the trip to take a final look and test drive it. With our work schedules and being two hours away and their business hours (they close at 6:00) we weren’t going to be able to get there until close to close time. Xing and the dealership were wonderful and said it would be no problem getting there that late and they’d have the car ready for us to test, drive and paperwork ready if we chose to go forward with purchase . We decided to go ahead and make the drive out one evening to look at the car and make a final decision if we were purchasing it. When we arrived at 5:15 Xing immediately greeted us and the car was ready to go. We took it for a test drive, looked at the inside and out, asked some more questions and decided to go ahead with the purchase. The dealership was fantastic to work with! Angela had everything ready to go paperwork wise and was able to adjust some of the terms we wanted changed. Andrew made us aware that they were missing a key and would make sure to get us a second one which we could do back in our State and it would be taken care of. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience working with Xing, Angel, Andrew and Ed Martin Nissan. I would definitely look at purchasing a car from Xing and Ed Martin again!
