I returned the next day and he let Christy help me because he was busy. I thought this was really nice that he didnt make me wait. I was given a price that evening for my trade and said I would be back the next night. I received a call the next day stating that they had given me the wrong trade in price and needless to say I was disappointed. I went ahead and went back in, with my hopes not too high. I was greeted at the door by the GM Tom and Christy who apologized more than once for the error (which was not Christy’s fault) and promised to make it right. They did just that. I would highly recommend Christy. She is very down to earth, friendly, and doesn’t have the “average car sales personality”. She is truly genuine. More

I called to get some pricing and explanation on what they would do Horrible service from lyndra in the service department at the Fishers in indiana . I called to get some pricing and explanation on what they would do with what I needed with my car. She was incredibly rude and treated me horribly. I called back to complain to Joe the manager who is the service manager. He would basically not even accept my complaint and explained that this lady I complained about won all these Awards and that he was shocked that I would even call and complain about her. I'm not sure if he has a relationship with her or something but it was very very bizarre. And then he started to grill me and who I was. It was the most strange thing I encountered. I will never get any of my service work done at this location it was just unbelievably traumatising between Lyndra and Joe the service manager. More
